Service Description

Elly is an experienced yoga teacher and nature lover with a background in various types of creative movement . She has a background in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, the Chakras & Elements, embodied yoga, polyvagal theory and children's yoga. As the founder of Thankful Flow Yoga she has facilitated many yoga classes across East Sussex including classes for beginners, businesses, sports teams, children and local communities. Elly's teaching is deeply rooted in creating a safe space whilst connecting to a sense of awareness and aliveness as you move. Her style can combine energising and flowing movement with awareness whilst incorporating time to restore and really absorb and unwind mind and body. Please bring an exercise mat, see you on the beach!

Cancellation Policy

Classes will run when a minimum of 4 people book on! GKL is proud to offer a free trial class for any new members - so feel free to rally up your fitness buddies and bring them to a class to guarantee it running! To ensure we manage our instructors time most efficiently, you must book your classes 5 hours prior to the session - you will not be able to book after this time period.
